Thanks for going through the troubleshooting steps.

If you ever experience the light not being green and the brush roll not spinning, please make sure that the vacuum is in Carpet Mode and that you check for blockages.

Helpful Tip

With the dust cup removed, remove and rinse the foam and felt filters every 3 months.  Let air dry completely before replacing. Hand wash only. Tap loose dirt off filters between washes as needed.

When you call, advise us that you have completed the troubleshooting guide, and provide us with the following information;

  • Fault Code:  FN11
  • Model Number (This can be found on the sticker on the back of the main body of the vacuum)
  • Date you purchased the product
  • Place of purchase
  • Guarantee Reference Number or Order Number (if purchased direct from Shark)
  • Date Code (4 digit code that can be found on a sticker on the back of the main body of the vacuum)
  • Serial Number – If Applicable (This can be found on the sticker on the back of the main body of the vacuum)
