If you created an account with either your purchase or a guarantee registration, please select the below link, select My Products and then the Troubleshooting tab;
If you do not have an account, do not worry as we still have the troubleshooting guides available.
Select the below link and find your model number in the list. You can find the model number on the back of the body/motor base or handheld unit on your vacuum.
Once you find your product in the list, select the troubleshooting tab and follow the guide relevant for your fault/concern.
If for any reason we do not have any guides available for either your model, or the concern with your product, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to assist you further. You can call us on 0800 8620453 and we are open Monday – Friday between 8am and 6pm.
